# Syllabus for Pre-algebra

Students completing Math 110-Prealgebra should be able to do: Arithmetic of whole numbers and decimals. Arithmetic of fractions. Mathematics of ratio/proportion/percentage Mathematics of geometry/measurement Graphs/statistics/signed number arithmetic Algebraic operations/linear equations Use appropriate technology as part of completion of the above objectives Demonstrate a knowledge of current technology and its use and/or familiarity with scientific issues

Math 110 Associate Degree Outcomes

Jackson Community College’s goal is to prepare students to live productive and meaningful lives. Implicit in
