Hi fellow students , I heard that there are various programs that can help with us doing our homework,like a tutor substitute. Is this really true? Is there a software that can aid me with algebra ? I have never tried one before , but they are probably not hard to use I think . If anyone has such a software , I would really appreciate some more detail about it. I'm in College Algebra now, so I've been studying things like year seven fraction work sheet and it's not easy at all.

Algebrator is a good software to solve year seven fraction work sheet questions. It gives you step by step answers along with explanations. I however would warn you not to just paste the solutions from the software. It will not help you in understanding the subject. Use it as a reference and solve the questions yourself as well.

I am a student turned teacher ; I give classes to high school children. Along with the traditional mode of teaching , I use Algebrator to solve questions practically in front of the students.

I remember having difficulties with midpoint of a line, quadratic formula and graphing circles. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, Pre Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
