Hi! Our class just started tackling a new lesson in algebra regarding combinations and permutation for dummies and I did pretty good for most homeworks we got but the latest one my professor gave complex so I'd appreciate if someone would assist me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my math professor gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried solving it but still can’t get it right. I just can’t answer it easily unlike the other homeworks . I had no trouble solving my past homeworks but this particular assignment with specific topic of distance of points gives me a hard time just discovering how to start . I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if somebody help me in discussing the steps and how to answer it in a systematic and clear way.

You’re not alone. As a matter of fact , I had the same woes just before I found something very helpful . Have you encountered Algebrator? If you have not heard anything about this great piece of program yet, let me give you an idea about this software. This is a software that helps you to solve algebra problems and at the same time you could learn from it because it displays a detailed procedure of answering the problem. It really helped me in my woes in algebra and my marks significantly improved since I used this. Be reminded that it does not only show the answer but it helps you understand how to solve the problem that makes it very educational.

I would just add a note to what has been posted above. Algebrator no doubt is the best tool one could have. Always use it as a reference and a means to learn and never to copy .
