I'm having immense difficulty understanding the logic behind the question about rational equations. Can someone please assist me to understand how to come up with a comprehensive answer and explanation regarding rational equations especially in topic of subtracting exponents? I was told how to answer this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it complicated to understand it alone so I believe I really need a helping hand since I believe I can’t do this on my own . If anyone is familiar with rational equations can you please help me? Thank you !
