Hi , A couple of days back I began solving my mathematics homework on the topic Intermediate algebra. I am currently unable to finish the same since I am unfamiliar with the basics of adding functions, interval notation and fractional exponents. Would it be possible for anyone to aid me with this?

If you can be explicit about matlab’s function polyfit and polyval to fit least least-squares 3rd – and 5th – order polynomials, I may be able to help to solve the algebra problem. If you don’t want to pay for a math tutor, the next best option would be a proper program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebrator is the best I have come upon which will show every step to any algebra problem that you may enter from your book. You can simply represent as your homework assignment. This Algebrator should be used to learn math rather than for copying answers for assignments.

Hi , just a month ago, I was stuck in a similar scenario . I had even considered the option of dropping math and taking up some other subject. A friend of mine told me to give one last try and sent me a copy of Algebrator. I was at ease with it within few minutes . My grades have really improved within the last year .

A great piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving angle-angle similarity, least common denominator and lcf. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Basic Math, Pre Algebra and Pre Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
