I've always wanted to excel in help with linear equation, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've browsed the internet for some useful learning resources, and checked the local library for some books, but all the data seems to be directed to people who already understand the subject. Is there any resource that can help new students as well?

I maybe able to help if you can be more specific and provide details about help with linear equation. A proper computer program would be best option rather than a costly algebra tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any math problem that you may want solved. It also shows all the steps (of the solution). You can just write it down as your homework . However, you should use it to learn math , and simply not use it to copy answers.

Algebrator is really a good software program that helps to deal with math problems. I remember facing troubles with complex fractions, x-intercept and evaluating formulas. Algebrator gave step by step solution to my math homework problem on typing it and simply clicking on Solve. It has helped me through several algebra classes. I greatly recommend the program.
