Hello Friends , I am desperately in need of help for passing my maths exam that is nearing. I really do not intend to opt for the guidance of private masters and web tutoring since they prove to be quite expensive . Could you recommend a perfect teaching tool that can support me with learning the basics of Intermediate algebra. Particularly, I need help on rational inequalities and subtracting fractions.

That is true , there are programs that can help you with study . I think there are a few types that help you solve math problems, but I read that Algebrator is the best amongst them. I used the software when I was a student in Remedial Algebra for helping me with quadratic graphs, and it always helped me out since then. Gradually I understood all the topics, and after a while I was able to solve the hardest of the tests alone . Don't worry; you won't have any problem using it. It was designed for students, so it's very easy to use. Basically you just have to type in the keyword and that's it .Of course you should use it to learn algebra, not just copy the results, because you won't improve that way.

I have also used Algebrator several times to solve algebra problems . I must say that it has greatly enhanced my problem solving skills. You should give it a try and see if it helps.

Please do not take me negatively . I am searching for no shortcut. It’s just that I don’t seem to get enough time to try solving questions again and again. I will use the software as a guide only. Where can I find it?

Yeah you will have to buy it . You can get an idea about Algebrator here https://mymathtutors.com/pre-k-through-12-mathematics-curriculum.html. They give you an unconditional money-back guarantee. I haven’t yet had any reason to take them up on it though. All the best!

I remember having often faced problems with rational inequalities, binomial formula and like denominators. A really great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Algebra 1, Remedial Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
