Hey guys! Guess what, I was down with fever last week, and had to miss a few lectures because of that. Now that our mid-semester are due next week I really need some help in topics like simultaneous equation with fractions to simplify and few other topics like rational equations, long division and converting decimals. I was thinking on hiring some private tutor but then my pocket money meant that I couldn’t do so. I really need some urgent help in those topics, else I might perform really badly in my mid-semester . Can anyone make a suggestion ? I need some help, and I need it FAST!

I do understand what your situation is , but if you could elaborate a bit on the areas in which you are facing difficulty , then I might be in a better position to guide you. Anyhow I have a suggestion for you, try Algebrator. It can solve a wide variety of questions, and it can do so within minutes. And there’s more to come, it also gives a detailed step-by-step description of how it arrived at a particular answer. That way you don’t just solve your problem but also get to understand how to go about solving it. I found this program to be particularly useful for solving questions on simultaneous equation with fractions to simplify. But that’s just my experience, I’m sure it’ll be good for other topics as well.

I used Algebrator also , especially in Basic Math. It helped me a lot, and you won't believe how simple it is to use! It solves the exercise and it also describes everything step by step. Better than a teacher!

I remember having often faced problems with ratios, point-slope and evaluating formulas. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Remedial Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Remedial Algebra. I greatly recommend the program.
